Message	Hopefully you lowered your idle to 800 first, then set the timing. If you set the timing with a high idle speed, it is incorrect. In Cali, if your timing is out spec on obdII cars, they should fail you before even running the emissions test. On my '93, I set the timing to 16*, vs 15*, and the emissions were cleaner.
